  • 1 - Submit Inquiry

    Start by filling out a short form. You’ll get a small survey that helps us understand where you’re going, timing, budget, and travel style. Think of it less as paperwork and more as setting the tone.

  • 2 - Review & Call

    We review your responses, then schedule a call to align on expectations, options, and pace. This is where we confirm fit and talk through how we’d approach the trip.

  • 3 - Choose Path

    After the call, we outline next steps and move forward with the agreed planning option. Once confirmed, we begin building and booking your trip.

  • 4 - Next Steps

    You’ll receive a clear plan, confirmed reservations, and a point of contact leading up to and during travel. From there, things run smoothly and quietly in the background.

  • This is our highest level of service. We plan and book your trip from start to finish—handling hotels, transportation, airport transfers, reservations, and the details in between. We work with trusted in-destination partners to shape the experience, and stay available before, during, and after your trip.

    Best for trips with moving parts, higher expectations, or anyone who wants everything handled cleanly and quietly.

  • This option is for travelers who want the framework of the trip in place without full concierge-level planning. We plan and book your hotels, tours, and transfers, then leave space for you to fill in the rest—dinners, free days, and personal plans.

  • One of the simplest—and best—reasons to work with a travel advisor is hotel access. When you book through us, you’ll often receive added benefits at select four- and five-star properties, typically at the same rate you’d find booking on your own. Think breakfast, upgrades when available, welcome amenities, and flexible check-in or check-out.

    If you already know where you want to stay, we can handle the booking with no planning fee.

    If you’d like a short list of options, we’ll provide a tailored hotel lookbook with three recommended properties for a flat rate.

How much does it cost?

Every trip is different. Final pricing is confirmed after a complimentary consultation. If you already know where you’re staying, hotel bookings are always handled on our end, no planning fee.

Will I pay more if I book a hotel with you versus booking independently?

Rates are typically the same as booking directly. When a preferred option applies, it may differ slightly, but the added benefits tend to outweigh the difference. And if you’d rather keep it simple, we can always book the standard rate you see.

What if I’ve already booked my hotel?

Already booked? Not a problem. Reach out to hello@utahyachtclub.com and we’ll see if the reservation can be transferred. When eligible, we’ll step in as agent of record and add any available on-property benefits- no added cost, just the perks.

Do you offer payment plans for the planning fee?

Planning fees are due in full prior to the start of work. We don’t currently offer payment plans, and while there are no late fees, planning begins once payment is received. We accept all major credit cards.

Why “Yacht Club” in Utah?

Good question. We’re less interested in geography and more interested in mindset. Its a lifestyle. Utah Yacht Club is about movement, leisure, and knowing how to travel well- whether that’s crossing an ocean or heading out of town for the weekend. The name nods to a certain pace and point of view, not a body of water. And yes- when the trip calls for it, we can still book the yacht (especially in Sardinia mid-June).
